A 532-mile, interstate NGL pipeline consisting of 24-inch and 30-inch long-haul transportation pipe. LFS managed and acquired the right-of-way acquisition and coordinated the survey, appraisals, and construction of 267-miles of this system across Bosque, Hill, Navarro, Freestone, and Leon County, Texas. The scope of the project included title research, topographic and boundary surveying, permitting, right-of-way acquisition, construction staking, pipe tally, weld-mapping, and as-built surveying.

TRANS-PECOS PIPELINE

A 148-mile, intrastate NGL pipeline consisting of 42-inch long-haul transportation pipe. LFS managed and acquired the right-of-way acquisition and coordinated the survey, appraisals, and construction  of this system across Pecos, Brewster, and Presidio County, Texas. The scope of the project included title research, topographic and boundary surveying, permitting, right-of-way acquisition, construction staking, pipe tally, weld-mapping, and as-built surveying.


​COMANCHE TRAIL PIPELINE
A 195-mile, intrastate NGL pipeline consisting of 42-inch long-haul transportation pipe. LFS managed and acquired the right-of-way acquisition and coordinated the survey, appraisals, and construction  of this system across Pecos, Reeves, Culberson, Hudspeth, and El Paso County, Texas. The scope of the project included title research, topographic and boundary surveying, permitting, right-of-way acquisition, construction staking, pipe tally, weld-mapping, and as-built surveying.


PARADIGM ENERGY PARTNERS
LFS led the acquisition and construction of the Zavala Gathering System, a system that services 32,000 acres and facility sites, and the Zavala Racer Pipeline, a 29-mile, 8-inch pipeline. This particular project required the full array of LFS right-of-way acquisition services, project management, and construction coordination. LFS and Paradigm's long-standing relationship coordinated the acquisition and management of over 100 miles of gathering right-of-way in South Texas.


FORMULA MIDSTREAM PARTNERS
LFS and Formula Midstream developed a relationship throughout several projects in South Texas. Most notably is a series of pipeline gathering systems. Beginning in 2016 with a 16.5-mile right-of-way acquisition pipeline, the Choke Canyon Connector, and continuing through today with 30 connecting pipelines, LFS and Formula Midstream have optimized their relations with right-of-way acquisition and project and construction management. 


MOBILITIE

In 2016, LFS partnered with global connectivity provider, Mobilitie, to assist their mission to plan, build, and operate the network and infrastructure necessary to deliver optimal wireless and cellular coverage across the nation. To date, LFS continues to provide Mobilitie with the highest quality title research and permitting information to determine the best location for communication towers and other connectivity solutions. 


STARMEX
LFS led the acquisition and construction of a 37-mile, 8-inch pipeline, two-35,000 BBL (barrel) tanks, and one-50,000 BBL (barrel) tank. These projects required the full array of LFS right-of-way acquisition services, project management, and construction coordination in South and West Texas.


PIPELINE INSPECTIONS
LFS has provided inspection services for nearly 400 miles of variously sized pipelines and gathering systems. LFS has provided inspection services of the following: chief inspectors for all portions of projects including pipeline and compressor stations, CWI welding inspectors, utility inspectors, instrumentation and electrical inspectors, ditch inspectors, ROW inspectors, and coating inspectors.

Legacy Field Services has extensive experience in various types of public and private projects. Below is a representative example of completed projects. LFS experience includes diverse types of projects from pipeline installations, inspections, and electric transmission line projects to federally funded transportation projects and FEMA flood buyout programs. LFS can provide ROW services for roadway, airport, pipeline, transmission line, conservation, and environmental mitigation projects for state and local agencies, railroads, utilities and energy companies.
